If purchased in our Capel Street shop, please make sure you read the policy below before bringing the product to the store, accompanied by a valid receipt.
If you ordered online, please follow the procedure described below.
Return Period
You can return an item within 28 days of receipt.
Please note:

Cut-to-size products and mixed paint cannot be returned.

Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygienic Products
We cannot accept returns of hygienic products unless the manufacturer’s seal is still intact. This applies to:

Toilet seats
-
Face masks
-
Visors
Bespoke & Cut-to-Size Products
Returns are not accepted for any products that have been cut or customised. This includes, but is not limited to:

Profiles
-
Timber
-
Bath and tile seals
-
Carpet runners
-
Hose
Condition of Returns

Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in a resellable condition (except for faulty or damaged items).

Items cut to size are considered unsaleable and are therefore not eligible for return.
Return Costs & Responsibility

You may be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless:

We delivered the wrong item, or
-
The item is faulty.

If goods are not returned to us, we may arrange collection and charge you for the associated costs.
How to Return Items
1. Book your return via An Post to ensure your parcel can be tracked.

3. Packaging:

Please package your items carefully to prevent damage during transit. Damaged items may not be refunded.
4. Alternative:

You can also return items in person to our Click & Collect Centre in Arklow.
Refunds

Once received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued.

Return postage costs (up to €7.00) will be deducted from your refund, except for faulty or damaged items.
